About Fluffee: Fluffee is Singapore's first cotton candy store, and we're all about spreading joy through sweet and delightful creations. We're expanding our offerings to include a range of adorable and delicious breads that perfectly complement our fun and whimsical brand. We're seeking a talented and imaginative Bread Baker who can bring their creativity to the table (or rather, the oven) by crafting cute, themed breads that are as delightful to look at as they are to eat.


Job Description:


As a Bread Baker at Fluffee, you will:

• Craft Adorable Breads: Design and bake a variety of cute and themed breads, such as animal-shaped buns, character rolls, and other playful designs that align with Fluffee's fun and whimsical brand.
  

• Ensure Quality and Flavor: Focus on creating breads that not only look great but also taste amazing, using high-quality ingredients.
  

• Collaborate on New Ideas: Work closely with the Fluffee team to develop new bread designs and seasonal themes, bringing a fresh and creative approach to our offerings.
  

• Maintain Consistency: Ensure that all breads are baked to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance.
  

• Manage the Baking Process: Independently manage all aspects of the bread-making process, including mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping, and baking, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.

Adhere to Food Safety Standards: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety regulations and hygiene practices.


Qualifications:
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Proven experience as a Bread Baker, with a portfolio that includes creative and themed bread designs.
A passion for creating visually appealing and playful bread designs


6 day work week with retail hours
