Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from diverse stakeholders (Front Office, Back Office, Finance, etc.) for Treasury & Markets projects and enhancements
- Lead market coordination efforts for sustainable finance initiatives across key markets (e.g., Singapore, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, India)
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications
- Conduct user acceptance testing and drive issue resolution
- Utilize data analytics and modeling techniques to monitor the bank's progress on sustainability goals, particularly in sensitive sectors
- Develop and execute ESG and climate activation training programs to enhance organizational awareness and capabilities
- Engage with governmental agencies, industry associations, and NGOs on sustainability matters
- Contribute to sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., Annual Sustainability Review, TCFD, Equator Principles)
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of Treasury & Markets products, including FX, Bonds, FXO, and Equity Derivatives
- Experience in sustainable finance, ESG initiatives, or environmental science is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and work in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
