Job Overview
Responsible for comprehensive data collection and analysis of the company's internal operations data, external market and competitor data, in order to provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations to business teams. The goal is to improve business efficiency, sales performance, and long-term business growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously collect and analyze the company's internal operations data and external industry data, and to create and maintain detailed data analysis reports/dashboards/metrics;
• Based on data analysis results, generate data insight and formulate industry strategies and customer strategies to ensure sales performance achievement;
• Closely collaborate with the data analysis team to communicate and coordinate analysis requirements, and data sources;
• Closely collaborates with the product team to drive the transformation of data analysis processes into product-based solutions;
• Optimize business processes and establish SOPs when necessary.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, excellent ability to extract, clean, and analyze complex internal and external data sets and extracting insights from data;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Detail-oriented, with excellent project management and execution capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Maintain a get-it-done mindset: Be motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Possess a self-starter attitude: You should be able to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.
