As part of our Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for managing our client’s business and personal portfolios, offering advice and guidance to ensure they reach their goals.
This role is catered for mid-career switches who aspire to excel in their next professional endeavor. We enthusiastically welcome people from diverse backgrounds and industries.
What you’ll be up to:
- You will be provided sufficient training about the financial industry, capital markets, and regulatory compliance to get you up to speed (our training has produced countless 6-figures in commission earners in their 1st year)
- Analyzing personal and business portfolios of our clients, using information that will be provided during training in your 1st month.
- Taking charge of providing solutions for clients based on analyzed results
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients (strong interpersonal skills is necessary!)
- Staying up to date within the Financial Services industry to ensure proper guidance is given to clients
- Bachelor’s Degree / Local Polytechnic Diploma min.
- Sound business acumen and judgment capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to strive for more – this is perhaps the most important quality we’re looking for
