Job Summary:
As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, the Business Development Executive will spearhead the charge in expanding our Corporate/Vendor clientele, ensuring a seamless transition to our dedicated account managers. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a flair for relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek out new corporate and vendor clients, combining strategic outreach (cold calls, messages, emails) with face-to-face meetings in the field.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, showcasing how Smart Bite’s cutting-edge food tech solutions can transform client operations. You’re a natural at making people see the value!
  • Develop creative acquisition strategies that attract and secure partnerships, making sure every client sees the long-term potential of working with us.
  • Guide new clients and vendors through onboarding, account setup, and credit line management to ensure a seamless transition into the Smart Bite ecosystem.
  • Enjoy a hybrid role that allows you to work both remotely and on-site, with a significant part of your time spent in the field to grow your network and close deals.
  • You’re not just meeting goals, you’re driven to go above and beyond, consistently exceeding your sales targets and earning more with every deal.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to ensure smooth handovers and continued client satisfaction after onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market needs, providing insights that can shape Smart Bite’s offerings and client strategies.
  • Keep the Head of Sales informed with regular performance updates—because every win matters and leads to greater rewards!
What You Bring:
  • Sales Passion: You love the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of closing a deal. Going beyond targets is your personal mantra.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Proven success in sales or related internships—experience in field-based roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
  • Natural Relationship Builder: You connect with people easily and know how to turn prospects into partners.
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-driven with a hunger for personal and professional growth.
