1. Infrastructure Development

• Lead initiatives to develop and optimise bank operations infrastructure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.

2. System Development

• Oversee the development and improvement of banking systems, ensuring they are logical, compliant, and aligned with organisational workflows.

3. System Enhancement

• Collaborating with Head Office IT and departments within the Singapore branch to ensure technology solutions meet business and regulatory needs.

4. Operational Expertise

• Leverage extensive knowledge of banking operations to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with various departments, including operations, marketing, compliance, and IT, to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and alignment across the organization.

6. Performance Analysis

• Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of infrastructure changes and system enhancements, providing regular updates to senior management in Head Office.

7. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all operational developments comply with Taiwan’s and Singapore’s banking regulations and industry best practices.
