Job Responsibilities

• Handle all direct and indirect tax filings, addressing tax queries and audits by closely working with accounting teams and external tax advisors.
• Manage and handle tax reporting matters including tax provisions, forecasts, and preparation of tax notes for statutory accounts.
• Work in partnership with external consultants and internal business units to implement new businesses, projects, system changes, and process improvements.
• Manage various ad-hoc tax projects as assigned, ensuring timely and effective completion.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant tax experience, with preference for candidates from a Big Four accounting firm, in-house roles, or with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive and independent team player with the initiative to work autonomously.
• Excellent technical knowledge in tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
