Client Advisory Associate

Be part of a Client Advisory team supporting the Japan market. To provide administrative support to the Relationship Managers (RMs) in the following areas:-
  • Client account administration and client servicing
  • Liaison with internal departments regarding administrative matters concerning execution and settlement of trades, delivery of securities, corporate action, payment and receipt of funds, renewal and repayment of loans.
  • Liaison with other financial institutions and service providers regarding account opening request and other clients’ administrative matters.
  • Ensure daily transactional processes are in order
  • To assist RMs in making sure there are no outstanding items relating to client administration matters
Job Requirements:
  • Min 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a Bank (preferably within Private Banking)
  • Certified IBF CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2 or NEC
  • Proficient in Japanese language, both verbal and written
  • Proven excellent administrative and execution track records
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
