Clinic Assistant

We are a Family Chiropractic clinic, looking for friendly, motivated and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a permanent part-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability.
· Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is an advantage but not a must
· On the job training is provided
· Fluent in English and other languages like Chinese or Bahasa Indonesian is a plus
Your duties include:
· Providing excellent customer service
· Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
· Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
· Following up with patients
· Assist the doctor in the day-to-day operation
· Always keeping the office clean & presentable
· Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
Schedule:
  • Shift system
  • Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
