N-Clinic Assistant - Singapore

a) Carry out the daily running of the clinic that includes dispensing of medications, cash collection, stocks and inventory; and appointments.
b) Compiling/Submission of documents/datas; and keeping records pertaining to all Medisave/Medishield claims of the clinic.
c) Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
d) Ensure accurate and timely monthly end close.e) Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry.
f) Aid staff and carry out general duties related to the daily running of the centers such as general duties and other works as assigned.
