JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinic Assistant. The role involves daily tasks such as communication with patients, receptionist duties, customer service, knowledge of medical terminology and patient care.

• Registration of patients.
• Assisting doctors to chaperone, during procedures and ensuring equipment aresterile/ready for use.
• Preparation, replenishment, checking and dispensing of medications.
• Replenishment of medications and consumables as required.
• Collection of payment including but not limited to submission of Insurance claims.
• Attending to phone calls, scheduling, appointment, reminders, and medication follow-up.
• Handling administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests, and radiology servicesfrom various vendors.
• Checking orders against invoices for all deliveries.
• Other duties assigned by Group Clinic Manager from time to time.
• Service oriented with excellent telecommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative, self-motivated, Teamwork and result oriented.
• Able to work both independently as well as a good team player.
• IT savvy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least a professional Certificate/Ni TEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

Basic Salary : SGD 2500
Other: 1-month AWS
