Clinical Instructor - Nursing Quality

Working hours: 5 days, office hour
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs tailored to meet the competency and learning needs of nursing staff.
- Facilitate comprehensive induction programs for new nurses, providing ongoing support through a Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) framework.
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing competencies, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and providing feedback for professional development.
- Work closely with Nurse Managers and Clinical Leaders to identify staff development needs and create relevant in-service training and continuing education opportunities.
- Develop engaging curricula that incorporate active and creative learning methodologies, focusing on evaluation and continuous improvement in nursing education.
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum of 5 year of clinical experience.
- With at least an Advanced Diploma (Orthopaedic, Oncology or Medical Surgical) or Degree in Nursing from SNB-approved training institutions.
- Senior Staff Nurses are welcome to apply.
