Staff Nurse/ Senior Staff Nurse (Locum) - Health Screening Centre - 5.5 days

Working hours: Clinic's operating hours is 5.5 days, we are looking for someone that can commit until end of December 2024
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Health Screenings: Perform blood taking and assessments like blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose testing.
- Patient Education: Inform patients about the importance of screenings and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Data Documentation: Accurately record screening results and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Referral Coordination: Identify patients needing further evaluation and facilitate referrals to specialists.
- Quality Improvement: Monitor outcomes and participate in initiatives to enhance screening services.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure screening tools are properly maintained and stocked.
- With a minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Registered SN/ SSN with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- With a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Good blood taking skills.
- Prior experience in Health Screening is advantageous but not necessary.
