The Clinic is urgently looking for clinic assistants who are able to commence work immediately.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
Expected Start Date: 18/10/2024
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining smooth operations of front desk activities at the clinic
- Administrative duties including but not limited to: attending, answering phone calls/emails/faxes, registering patients, scheduling appointments, attending to patient queries, dispensing medications, invoicing, management of inventory, filing and tidying the clinic
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Assisting doctors in their work
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Experience in Healthcare setting and familiarity with Clinic operations would be an advantage

- Minimum 6 month period of commitment.
Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
