Role Description

Billing, checking patient's details, past invoices, appointment records, and checking payment records using Clinic Assist and sales force software
Assist in appointments, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings
Assist in patient queries and divert calls to relevant parties
Advise patients whether cashless payments can be extended for their visits
Submission of claims through various insurance portals
E-filing of patient details/ chats with patients
Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently for minor surgeries
This role will require standing in as a chaperone for patients


Training and guidance will be provided.


Requirements
Able to use Microsoft Office
Friendly, positive, meticulous, and a team-player
Service-oriented
Good communication skill
Willing to learn
Relevant clinic experience prior would be preferred


14 days Annual Leave.


5.5 working days,
Rotate shift: 9 am to 6 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm
If work till 11 pm and may take a taxi home.


Direct: Napier MRT, Thomson East Coast Line.
