Job Scope:

  • Front-Line Service: Provide a warm welcome and support to patients and visitors.

  • Reception Duties: ️ Manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries with a smile.

  • Billing & Cashiering: Efficiently handle billing tasks and ensure smooth transactions.

  • Patient Assistance: Support doctors during examinations and assist with minor procedures, ensuring patient comfort.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain clinic stock to ensure we’re always prepared.

  • Patient Education: Empower patients by guiding them in managing their health at home.



Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing
    • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
