- Responsible for the few outlets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the assigned outlets, identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability for his assigned outlets.
- Responsible for manpower planning in the assigned outlets to achieve optimal operational standards within budgetary limit.
- Visit stores regularly to evaluate operations, cleanliness, and efficiency of each store.
- Train, develop, supervise, advise, counsel, discipline, and evaluate our people according to HR policies and procedures.
- Plan and ensures succession planning is in place for all levels (FOH).
- Holds regular performance appraisals with all staff to identify areas of improvement, create and implement Performance Improve Plan for poor performers and Development Plan for staff with potential to be groomed..
- Provide recommendations to promote internally wherever possible.
- Prepares and submits necessary reports and administrative requirements on time.
- Holds regular staff meetings with outlet managers to brief team on new promotions, brainstorm ideas and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Maintain training system to ensure that staff have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
- Keep Deputy Manager/ Directors informed on all items of interest.
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by Management.
