Spaceship is a venture-backed Singapore startup. We are looking for Community Manager & Executives for our Space Labs Business Unit (Co-Warehousing / Micro-Urban Fulfilment Centre).
Our goal for Space Labs is to support the e-commerce journey for Sellers. We want to streamline and simplify their business through the sharing of resources across space, order fulfillment facilities, equipment, and workspaces. Our members are sellers & brands who sell offline and online across multiple channels (e.g. Shoppe / Lazada / Tiktok / Brand.com).
Our Community team is an integral part of Space Labs. You’ll be the ‘face’ of Spaceship and will be the primary contact for our Users. We are looking for a vibrant, energetic, self-starter to take on an all-encompassing role that cuts across sales, customer support, day-to-day operations, community engagement, partner support and more.

What You’ll Be Doing
1) User Engagement And RetentionTake ownership and cultivate relationships with our members across our various locations

• Address users' issues, handle contract renewals, and contract terminations, and tackle other matters.
• Assume responsibility for member retention and overall satisfaction.

2) Day to Day Operations

• Support day-to-day operations including onboarding new users and resolving support tickets
• Ensure that quality standards and upkeep expectations are consistently met
• Escalate recurring issues regarding third-party vendors to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Take responsibility for operating expenses (Opex)
• Conduct space tours for potential new members, highlighting tailored benefits to meet their needs.
• Effectively communicate and champion new business ideas & process improvement
• Devise and execute marketing plans to generate new leads and engage existing users

3) Team Management (For Managers)

• Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets for revenue, occupancy, and direct costs.
• Ensure the community team is well-trained during the onboarding process.
• Be a domain expert in E-Commerce and Order Fulfilment, and share the knowledge with the team.
• Contribute insights to further strengthening our value proposition and the value that we deliver to our Users.

You are/have

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related working experience
• Prior experience in hospitality, marketing, coworking, logistics, e-commerce
• Enjoy communicating with people and have strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, project management, and business operations skills required.
• Independent and very strong problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month
