- Support the engagements of charities to build relationships, deepen knowledge of charity sector and support other NVPC teams with charity queries and recommendations.
- Synthesise insights from engagements to plan and develop future initiatives for engagement, community building and capability development for charities.
- Conduct research and analysis on Giving.sg, charities and the sector to develop a consolidated resource of essential information about charities.
- Assist in the clean up and build up of data in our customer relationshiop management system, Salesforce,
- Assist in the organisation and execution of the team's and NVPC's events.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and passionate about the non-profit sector would be a bonus
- Strong listening skills and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze information in a meaningful way
- Good at planning, organising and project management
- Proficiency in MS office suite
- Openness to embrace new ideas, ways of working, learning and proactively giving and welcoming feedback
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
