Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities.
Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities.
Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model.
Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.
Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material.
Support the team on investment due diligence.
Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a right attitude and passion to learn new things.
Detail-oriented and meticulous individual and able to identify big picture.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
