Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in helping to do data cleaning up across systems
  • Support in the analysis of data issues and correction
  • Support in helpdesk, queries from tenants
  • Assist in CR requirement documentation, training materials preparation and support users with acceptance testing
  • Assist in Service Requests and daily operations support, e.g configurations / reports / workflows / interface etc, and incident closure
  • Briefing users on changes made to Simplicity system
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT, ERP or Accountancy or other Business-IT disciplines
  • At least 1 years of hands-on, working experience in implementing or supporting applications. Prior experience in SAP/Yardi/Simplicity is a plus
  • Candidate is expected to be analytical with good interpersonal skill. Other important traits include enthusiasm, systematic, troubleshooter, fast learner and hardworking.
  • Good with Excel, macros and formulas
