Temp Executive, Enterprise System Management - 6 months

- Assist in helping to do data cleaning up across systems
- Support in the analysis of data issues and correction
- Support in helpdesk, queries from tenants
- Assist in CR requirement documentation, training materials preparation and support users with acceptance testing
- Assist in Service Requests and daily operations support, e.g configurations / reports / workflows / interface etc, and incident closure
- Briefing users on changes made to Simplicity system
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT, ERP or Accountancy or other Business-IT disciplines
- At least 1 years of hands-on, working experience in implementing or supporting applications. Prior experience in SAP/Yardi/Simplicity is a plus
- Candidate is expected to be analytical with good interpersonal skill. Other important traits include enthusiasm, systematic, troubleshooter, fast learner and hardworking.
- Good with Excel, macros and formulas
