Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in yearly audit exercise that includes extraction of data from Finance system, proof reading & casting, XBRL Filings

Purchasing of Cashier Order

Assist in checking of completion accounts and property tax notices

Preparation of fixed asset schedule, tagging, and physical counting

Updating of audit schedules, archival of documents

Any other duties assigned

Requirements

Preferably with accounting background

Meticulous

Good computer skills and familiar with MS office – Excel and Word
