Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in yearly audit exercise that includes extraction of data from Finance system, proof reading & casting, XBRL Filings
  • Purchasing of Cashier Order
  • Assist in checking of completion accounts and property tax notices
  • Preparation of fixed asset schedule, tagging, and physical counting
  • Updating of audit schedules, archival of documents
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements
  • Preferably with accounting background
  • Meticulous
  • Good computer skills and familiar with MS office – Excel and Word
