DESIGNATION : Intern, Business Planning & Analytics
RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Data Management:
- Cleanse and deduplicate Salesforce records to maintain data accuracy and quality.
- Import, and export data in Salesforce as required.
- Assist in identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, redundancies, and discrepancies.
- Conduct comprehensive web searches to gather relevant data from reliable sources.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to scrape websites and gather structured and unstructured data.
- Document sources and methods used to gather data for future reference.
- Review datasets to identify and fix errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
- Utilize tools and programming languages like Python, R for data wrangling tasks.
- Enhance the quality of raw data by eliminating irrelevant or redundant information.
- Work closely with the team to understand data needs.
- Regularly update and report to the supervisor on the progress and findings.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolling in a program related to Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools, Quick Sight etc., and data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Qualification (Area of Specialisation, e.g. Social Work)
- Keen interest in working on topics related to CSR, ESG and Sustainable Development
- Interest in Ideation and facilitation
- Possess experience in corporate sustainability and/or strategy (good to have)
