Customer Service and Administrator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per month plus CPF
Work Location: In person
Communication: Managing incoming and outgoing communication, such as emails, phone calls, and letters
Scheduling: Managing schedules and appointments for the executive team and other staff
Documentation: Creating, editing, and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Data entry: Entering data, updating records and databases, and performing bookkeeping
Office management: Managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
Events: Planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences
Customer service: Responding to business inquiries, and providing customer service
Supervision: Supervising administrative staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance
Travel: Creating travel itineraries for team members and company events
Others
Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to digital tools and platforms.
- No experience is required, but candidates must have a great working attitude, be hardworking, and punctual.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Passion for pets and the pet care industry is a plus!
- A valid driving license is a plus
- Travel opportunities for overseas pet trade shows.
