Customer Service Officer (Airfreight/ Co-loading)

- Freight Transportation @ Changi Airfreight Centre Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am - 6pm; 9am - 1pm
Job Description
- Coordinate airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWB, invoices, etc.).
- Liaise with airlines, customs, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- 1-2 years of experience in airfreight/ logistics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of freight systems preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good to support during weekends.
