School Receptionist

- ️ Basic up to $2500
- ️ Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5:45pm), Friday (8:30am - 5:15pm), Lunch Break (45 minutes)
- Oversee the general office counter during school office hours.
- Assist with administrative duties such as basic document sorting, filing, and data entry.
- Provide first aid to students who come to the general office with injuries.
- Perform other administrative tasks as directed by the Administration Manager and school leaders.
- O’ level certification
- 2 years’ experience in similar receptionist or counter jobs, with experience working in a Primary school context.
- Basic knowledge in computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Preferably have some experience in providing first-aid.
