Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Data Collection: Accurately collect and enter data manually from physical documents and sources during site visits.
• Liaise with Clients and Vendors: Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate data requirements with clients and landscape vendors.
• Site Visit and Analysis: Conduct site assessments to gather relevant data and analyze landscape conditions for effective reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry or management. Skills in Excel and Google forms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, 3D rendering software) and Excel.

Good to have:

• To be effective in this role, you will liaise with the internal teams, clients and the internal cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker, energetic and passionate self-starter that works independently without a lot of oversight and direction
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed manner having to liaise with stakeholders across multiple teams, entities and geographies with very precise timelines.
