Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Benefits:
Application Deadline: 20/10/2024
- On-Site Data Collection: Accurately collect and enter data manually from physical documents and sources during site visits.
- Liaise with Clients and Vendors: Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate data requirements with clients and landscape vendors.
- Site Visit and Analysis: Conduct site assessments to gather relevant data and analyze landscape conditions for effective reporting.
- Assist in Design, Proposals, and Quotations: Support the design process by creating 3D renders, using Canva for visuals, and preparing relevant Excel documents for proposals and quotations.
- Experience in data entry or management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, 3D rendering software) and Excel.
- To be effective in this role, you will liaise with the internal teams, clients and the internal cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker, energetic and passionate self-starter that works independently without a lot of oversight and direction
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed manner having to liaise with stakeholders across multiple teams, entities and geographies with very precise timelines.
