We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our team and lead our global online marketing efforts across the US, Singapore, and New Zealand markets.
Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand awareness, driving digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, optimizing our SEO strategies, managing inlinking efforts, and leveraging social media platforms to drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of SEO and inlinking tactics, and expertise in managing social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Bullion Star’s business objectives.
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to adjust strategies accordingly.

Campaign Management and Inlinking Strategy:

Plan and executive effective SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords.
Perform on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headers, image alt text, and internal linking.
Develop and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyze site performance using SEO tools and analytics to identify and address issues.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging and relevant content for Bullion Star’s social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, and You Tube.
Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and manage customer feedback on social media.

Content Marketing:

Oversee content creation and distribution across digital channels to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
Develop a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external content creators to produce compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
Use analytics to measure content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
Implement optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.

Ownership and Collaboration:

Provide regular updates to management on digital marketing performance, results, and strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and IT to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and a unified brand message.
Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and innovation within the team.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Monitor expenses and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals.
Ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with precious metals or financial markets.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.

Salary and Benefits
The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is SGD 7,000 to SGD 18,000 per month for a driven candidate plus up to twelve month's bonus salary, or more, with a minimum bonus salary of one month. Bullion Star furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
This is a permanent full-time position where the successful candidate may either work from home or alternatively work from Bullion Star's HQ, 45 New Bridge Road Singapore 059398.
