Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and compelling content across multiple platforms, both owned and paid.
Develop and execute social media strategies, including calendar planning.
Build and optimise landing pages to support digital campaigns.
Regularly update websites and employ SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Compile, measure, and analyse performance data weekly and monthly to adjust content as needed for maximum results.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.
Identify and engage with influencers and key audiences to increase brand awareness.
Develop new ideas and strategies to enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.

Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to generate consistent and engaging content.
Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on projects, acting as the key liaison to bring marketing initiatives to life.

About You (Key Requirements)

Prior experience in creative content and social media marketing (internship or professional experience welcomed).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and industry-standard digital marketing tools.
Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and creative storytelling.
Proficiency in photography/videography and basic design skills are a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
