Job Description :

Royalking Construction Pte Ltd specializes in aircon and ducting installations. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the installation projects from planning through to execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring quality control, adhering to safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage aircon and ducting installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure that all installation work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage project costs and prepare reports on project status and budget performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to optimize installation efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project timelines and expectations.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.

Job Requirements :

• Education : Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Experience : At least 2-5 years of experience in managing aircon and ducting installation projects.
• Technical Skills :Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and ducting installation processes.
  Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  Experience in managing budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
  Knowledge of local safety and building regulations in aircon and ducting installations.
  
• Leadership & Communication :Strong leadership and people management skills.
  Excellent client and team communication abilities.
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Certifications : Relevant HVAC certifications are an advantage. Must have a BCCPE Bca certication as well.
• Additional Requirements :Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
