As the Backend Technical Director, you'll play a key role in driving technology strategy and innovation for a platform that powers millions of traders worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CTO to develop and implement the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the long-term vision and goals of a global crypto platform.
Team Management: Lead and oversee a skilled technology team, handling recruitment, training, and performance management to foster a high-performing and innovative environment.
Product Development: Direct product development efforts, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and continuous improvements that enhance the platform's capabilities.
Platform Stability: Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the technical infrastructure, proactively managing risks to maintain seamless operations.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams to align technology solutions with business objectives and user requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: 10+ years of technical management experience, including leading at least two teams, with 3+ years in trading system projects or financial technology.
Global Perspective: Capable of managing geographically dispersed teams and bringing a global outlook to crypto technology projects.
Strategic Thinker: Skilled in formulating long-term development strategies in a fast-moving crypto environment.
Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals in a dynamic and innovative setting.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments and with stakeholders.
Technical Problem Solving: Expertise in architectural design and hands-on problem-solving to guide the team in addressing technical challenges.
