Dormitory Operations Executive

- Oversees daily operations with manpower under his charge
- Planning and reviewing of SOP for operational processes and policies
- Assists in the preparation of annual operation budgeting
- Drafting of reports and presentations facilities-related matters
- Executing functionality in dept System and facilities-related modules
- Put up purchase request for facilities items
- Prepares lease or maintenance contracts
- Supports the Facilities Manager in all other functions necessary
- Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
- Min 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in lease management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
