Job Title: Dormitory Officer
Department: OperationsAccountability: Deputy Dormitory Manager / Operations Manager
Basic Function: Responsible for all aspects of security and safety of the residents, commercial tenants, and the employees in the premises.
Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Manage Security Control Centre and maintain logbooks.
- Perform patrol and handle security matters in the premises and its perimeter.
- Issue of Visitor / Contractor / VIP and gym pass.
- Accompany contractor / service personnel to work areas.
- Maintain Sick Bay records, Lost & Found, etc.
- Registering prohibited items and Residents feedback.
- Conduct bag check during Resident check-in.
- Respond to fire alarm activation and coordinate with Fire Control Centre (FCC) on follow up action.
- Attend any emergencies at the dormitory.
- All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Possess valid PLRD License
- Medically Fit / be in good physical shape
- Able to work in a team
- Able to converse and write simple English
- Alert and possess good observational skills
- Have experience in Security Industry
- Added advantage if you possess driving license
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays & rotating 12 hours shifts / Off day is during Weekdays
- Working location: Punggol, Singapore
