What You'll Do:

• Develop tailored academic and personal growth strategies to prepare students for future educational and extracurricular goals.
• Mentor students in setting academic goals, improving study habits, and discovering extracurricular interests.
• Provide personal development guidance, including time management, stress management, and goal-setting.
• Manage a cohort of 11-15 students, working closely with them over a 1-3 year period, meeting online 3 weeks a month, with one week on-site in-person meetings.
• Track progress via online platforms (Slack) and ensure mentorship sessions are impactful through regular assessments and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to work with teenagers, preferably with experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring.
• High energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with some in-person meetings in Singapore.
• Comfort working in a results-oriented environment, with KPIs tracked via communications and mentorship quality.
