Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Employment Consultant to support our recruitment and client expansion efforts in Singapore. If you have a keen understanding of the labor market, especially in Singapore, and a drive to find new business opportunities, we’d love to meet you!
Requirements:
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a labor-related role or prior experience as an employment agent.
- Licensing : Singapore employment agency license (CEI or KAH certificate) preferred.
- Knowledge : Familiarity with the employment agency landscape in Singapore and foreign labor processes.
- Sales-Driven : Ability and willingness to build a client base across different industries in Singapore. High commission structure based on performance.
- Market Development : Support the director in developing overseas labor services.
- Additional Tasks : Complete other responsibilities as directed by the director.
