Eminence Events is seeking proactive, and dynamic people of influence to join us as we expand our business in Singapore and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful person to oversee and manage the events for the group and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Securing and co-ordinating with suitable vendors/partners
- Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
- Liaison for artworks and marketing materials for the clients you handle
- Post-event reporting
Requirements:
- Event experience of 1-2 years in an event company or event role
- Good spoken and written English
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Independence and ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Able to work at a fast pace and communicate with people at all levels
