Key responsibilities:

• Office management
• Management of admin processes
• Scanning and filing of documentations, helping the company with general letter writing and correspondence
• Co-ordination with suppliers, vendors and account servicing team to ensure that all systems are in place and well managed

Requirements:

• None required as long as you are a keen worker with a sharp sense of awareness
• Good spoken and written English
• At least 2 years of working experience in ad administrative role
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• Independence and ability to work in a diverse team environment
• Able to work at a fast pace and communicate with people at all levels
