We’re looking for a Patent Assistant with high attention to detail and 1-3 years’ experience in patent filings, to join our Singapore team on a Full-Time basis. This position plays an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of Patent practice.
DCC offers hybrid work arrangements, with our team working 2 to 3 days from home each week.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Processing and responding to high volumes of client and general email correspondence, assessing for urgency and importance and saving into electronic filing system
- Monitoring daily deadlines and the weekly critical list efficiently
- Preparing patent documentation and instruction letters
- Submitting patent office application forms using online platforms such as e-PCT, IPOS Digital Hub
- Meeting time recordal requirements
- Generating and processing invoices
