Job Type: Full-Time/Contract
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to get the best deals and manage costs effectively.
- Handle venue bookings and logistics, including contracts and payment.
- Oversee the selection and booking of services and products.
- Coordinate the event timeline and schedule.
- Create and execute marketing plans to promote the event if needed.
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, and attendee communication.
- Supervise the event setup and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
- Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, correspondence, and reports.
- Minimum Local Diploma in any field.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
