1. Process applications and renewals of Social Work Accreditation, include attending to enquiries, follow-up with incomplete applications etc.
2. Proper maintenance of databases, records and documentation for Accreditation
3. Prepare accurate monthly and annual reports and statistics
4. Secretariat support for Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board (SWAAB), include preparing meeting papers and slides, coordinate meeting schedules, refreshments etc.
5. Secretariat support for workgroups appointed by SWAAB
6. Distribute electronic publicity and promotional materials to Accredited Social Workers
7. Plan and execute events for Social Workers, e.g. Social Workers Day, Supervision Seminar, Career Talks, Accreditation Talks
8. Manage Supervision Service and Mentoring Scheme
9. Support research into trends and issues related to the Social Work profession
