- Assist Department Head in handling clients’ accounts
- Day-to-day broking/claims administration
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- This is not a Sales position/role
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, Diploma holders or equivalent
- Working experience in the insurance industry will be added advantage
- Customer Orientated
- Drive, Dedication and Determination
- Insurance Qualifications including certifications such as Com GI, BCP, PGI, or other equivalent relevant qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful, and meticulous
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
