THE ROLE: Executive, Program Management (1-year Contract)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Daily Answering of Emails and Phone Calls
2. Providing Support, Advice and Counselling to Students
3. Graduation Management
- Payment check via Finance before release of parchments and transcripts
- Storing, tracking and handing over of transcript/parchment/certificate
- Counter-check status in KSS
- Scheduling of Deferred Tests
- Student/ UC liaison on Deferred Tests
- Collating the requests and sending to Exams Office
- Contacts students to view
- Includes tests and exams and supp exams as requested by students
7. Conducting of Welcome Orientations, Linked In Workshop, and Graduation Ceremonies
8. Conducting of class visits (where applicable)
9. Managing of ad-hoc projects or audit events.
10. Managing of miscellaneous administrative matters (such as low attendance interventions, attendance checks, tracking of students, performing course evaluations, etc, as necessary)
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess at least a Higher NITEC/Diploma in any field
- Candidates with at least 1 year of customer service and 2 years of administrative work experience will be strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a must
