Job Description

Ensure assigned maintenance activities are carried out promptly.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and users.
Oversee assigned alteration and addition (A&A) projects and minor repair works.
Develop and support initiatives to enhance the efficiency and productivity of building operations.
Depending on experience, may be assigned to manage a specific portfolio or system.
Supervise and manage facilities, addressing work requests, conducting site inspections, organizing meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders and contractors.
Assist in managing term contracts and fostering relationships with external vendors for both soft and hard services.
Participate as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) and serve as a First Aider.
Conduct regular inspections and recommend maintenance and repair work to ensure compliance with government regulations.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities.
Diploma in Building Services, Estate or Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Property Development, or a related field.
Experience in managing hard and/or soft facilities management activities, contractors, and stakeholders is an advantage.
Self-starter with strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills. A positive and growth-oriented mindset is essential.
Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with regulatory guidelines.
Proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as Fire Safety Manager, Green Mark Accredited Professional, and/or Water Efficiency Manager are advantageous.
Experience in managing sustainability initiatives, including waste management, energy and water conservation. Conduct data collections and translate into dashboards for sustainability programs are advantageous.
Willingness to be on standby and contactable 24/7 for emergencies.
Open to work on weekdays/weekends/public holidays (depending event requirements) when required.
