Facilities Support Executive

- Provides administrative support to department
- Processes and handles work order and miscellaneous billings
- Regularly updates the system in response to residents' needs and work demands
- Liaises with the HR on the details and particulars of new residents arriving at the facility
- Handles the logistics on facilities stocks - PO, storage, issuance and records of usage
- Utilities reading entry and monitoring
- Assists in operation tasks
- Provides other administrative support to the site
- Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
- Min 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in lease management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel). Strong communication and interpersonal skills
