Title: Finance Executive
Location: Ubi, Singapore
Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to join our client a IT Solutions Company based in Ubi, Singapore. You will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the financial health of their company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and management of the company’s budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements (P&L), balance sheets, and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports for management, stakeholders, and external entities.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of Singapore working experience in full-spectrum accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
