- Assist in recording supplier invoices, cash payments & other data entry
- Assist in maintaining receivables aging records
- Processing invoices for payments
- Posting transactions to journals & other records
- Sales & payment documentation
- To help out in customer service if required
- General office administration
- Good spoken and written English required
- Good computer skills required - knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Basic mathematical aptitude, bookkeeping skills
- N/O level graduates - min 2 years full-time working experience required or
- NITEC and certificate holders - min 2 years full-time working experience required
