Freelancer Recruiter Officer

PAG Advisors, a leading agency specializing in management and consultancy services, is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to join our expanding team on a remote basis. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various positions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma/A Levels (Diploma in Business Administration, Recruitment is a plus but not required)
  • Students/Undergraduates are welcome to apply, can work freely during term time
  • Must be able to work with us without requiring a sponsorship visa
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate, Freelance, Student job
Pay: $2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 44 per week
