Descriptif mission
a.) Define and steer strategic plans and actions to sustain business growth through Mid-term and Long-term plans
b.) Define and manage short-term and mid-term action plans to achieve the expected revenues, Gross Margin, of Safran ED Asia, including by managing any risks and opportunities of business.
c.) Projection and consolidation of sales forecasts information; cross-functional co-ordination to generate accurate sales forecast
d.) Monitor and ensure the customers' satisfaction and drive the relevant actions plan.
e.) Manage the Customers Support Teams activities, with associated workload/priorities including adherence to the Company practices, procedures, and policies.
f.) Lead, manage and develops all team members to ensure customers' satisfaction and balanced workloads
g.) Lead any Continuous Improvement projects in his/ her Customer Service Department to increase efficiency and productivity.
h.) Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives & Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications & mitigations. He/She will be in charge of HSE Standards in place within the Company.
i.) Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company's policies.
j.) Any other duties assigned by the CEO.

- Master or Bachelor degree is required
- More than 15 years of working experience with proven record of management role, preferably in the aviation industry
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to evolve in an international environment with strong multi-cultural and multi-client challenges, which includes being sensitive to the various backgrounds, experiences and cultures.
- Ability to interface with all the internal stakeholders, including purchasing, finance, engineering, and workshops
- Ability to listen and communicate to manage, convince, influence, embark and motivate
- Self-starter, solution-oriented, proactive, positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset are required
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong business acumen with good data and analytical skills
