Competitive Compensation

• Basic Salary: $2,300 + AWS + Performance Bonuses + Tips & Shift Allowances
• Variable Bonuses, Performance Bonuses, and Tips & Shift Allowances (up to $400-$600)

Location & Schedule

• Work Location: Central Region (Walking distance from Bayfront MRT)
• Working Days: 4 or 5 days per week (including weekends & public holidays)
• Shift work: Rotational between Morning, Afternoon, and Overnight (rotates every 2 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent and friendly service while dealing games at the casino tables.
• Deal assigned games according to Sands rules & procedures, ensuring you stay updated with any changes.
• Monitor and protect the integrity of games, reporting any suspicious activity.

Requirements & Additional Info

• No prior experience required—training will be provided!
• Must be willing to work in a rotational shift environment (Morning, Afternoon, and Overnight shifts).
• Comfortable working in a smoking environment.
• Successful candidates must pass the CBT and Dealer Math Test.
